According to a study by researchers at Harvard University, by looking at fresh flowers when you wake up in the morning you can feel less anxious, less stressed and become more energetic and by having fresh flowers in your bedroom or study, it can relieve symptoms of stress and anxiety. They are also proven to help you sleep, improve your memory, make you more productive and make you happy!

Chrysanthemums improve mood
The name chrysanthemum originates from the Greek words Chrysos meaning gold and anthosmeaning flower. In herbal medicine, it has been known to reduce blood pressure and relieve related symptoms such as dizziness, insomnia and headaches. In tea form, chrysanthemum essence can have calming and relaxing effects, so highly anxious people can benefit from this natural remedy.
