I used Clyde Property Shawlands branch to sell my property after I had my offer accepted on a new one also through the same branch. Immediately I was impressed by how professional they were, with Kerr coming out to do my initial valuation. I had other quotes from their competitors, however Kerr provided a great breakdown of the costs, an overview of similar flats in my street and what the HR/final offers were, and realistically what price I could achieve for it. My flat sold within 4 days, and Clyde were a breeze to deal with throughout. Kieran facilitated the sale, and he kept me up to date regularly with clear communication so I was always kept in the loop and never had to chase them. The final offer I accepted was also in line with the original quotes.
