This is an exciting and varied role which presents an excellent opportunity to join Scotland’s leading independent agent and promote our Sunday Times and Best Estate Agent Guide award-winning service.
We are seeking a property professional who is well presented, professional, personable and a team member who is pro-active in their approach to all aspects of our business.
The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic and excellent computer and communication skills.
The role will combine both letting property viewings on Thursday and Friday each week and office cover on a Saturday. The office role will be primarily customer focused; on the telephone, answering online enquiries and dealing with clients and customers face to face in our office.
A full UK Driving Licence is essential. A company pool car is available.
Part Time – Core hours are as follows:
22 Hours per week.
Thursday 9am – 5pm – Viewings
Friday 9am – 5pm – Viewings
Saturday 10am – 4pm – Office cover
Annual Salary: £14,872
Flexibility will be required for holiday cover and to cover the office opening hours. Competitive salary, holiday entitlement, company pension and employee benefits.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and forward thinking Area Manager to lead our branch operations and support the continued growth of our market leading Shawlands Branch.
This is a key leadership role within the company, responsible for driving sales, maintaining exceptional service standards, developing a high performing team, and guaranteeing the branch consistently delivers against budgets.
As part of the company’s management group, the successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, and a proactive approach at all times.
Reporting to: Company Directors
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day to day operation of the branch across Estate Agency
- Ensure operational objectives, service standards, and financial targets are achieved or exceeded
- Promote and implement best practice across all areas of the business
- Lead sales negotiator for branch
- Maintain high standards of compliance across all regulatory and legislative requirements
- Handle customer complaints professionally and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Protect and enhance the company brand and reputation at all times
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and industry leading standards
Business Development
- Increase market share and identify opportunities for growth
- Develop and expand into new markets where appropriate
- Grow stock levels strategically
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and fellow Area Managers to achieve wider business objectives
Team Leadership & Staff Management
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high performing branch team
- Make sure the branch is appropriately staffed
- Support training, coaching, and ongoing professional development
- Foster a positive, hardworking, and supportive team culture
- Encourage high standards of professionalism, accountability, and customer service
- Manage payroll communication and ensure staff records remain accurate and up to date
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Have strong experience within Estate Agency
- The successful candidate must have sales negotiator experience and a proven track record in residential sales
- Be a confident leader with excellent communication and people management skills
- Demonstrate commercial awareness and a results driven mindset
- Be highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Thrive in a fast paced environment and lead by example

We are seeking a professional, well presented, personable and pro-active team member who will be flexible in their approach to all aspects of our business. Acting as first point of contact, the role will be primarily customer focused on the telephone as well as answering online enquiries and dealing with our clients face to face in the office. The right candidate will also carry out property viewings and provide general sales support. This role is far more than just a frontline role and is a fantastic opportunity for someone to develop their estate agency career.
The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic and great communication and sales skills.
Competent IT skills are a must and previous experience in estate agency or sales would be very advantageous.
A full UK Driving Licence is essential. You must be able to drive a manual car.

This is an exciting and varied role which presents an excellent opportunity to promote Clyde’s unique approach and Best Estate Agent Guide 2024 award winning service. We are seeking a positive, enthusiastic, organised, personable and pro-active team member who will be flexible in their approach to all aspects of our business.
Acting as first point of contact for Landlord clients and Tenants, the role is primarily customer focused on the telephone as well as answering online enquiries (emails and Fixflo repair management software) as well as in person in the office. The primary duties of the role are to professionally and swiftly arrange reactive repairs and maintenance with in house and third party Contractors during a tenancy, as well as dealing with the end of tenancy ‘Check Out’ vacate process, this will involve liaising with Landlords clients and Tenants and Contractors about any required works at the end of a tenancy and any subsequent deposit deductions.
The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate a highly organised and positive attitude, strong work ethic, great communication skills and most importantly be able to cope with the busy and varied nature of property management. Strong IT skills are a must.
Previous letting experience would be preferred.
Candidates who have achieved the Propertymark; Scottish Technical Award in Residential Letting & Property Management would be in a very strong position.
