2. Finding the Right Home

Once we have a clear understanding of your requirements you will receive a selection of properties that match your criteria. we highly recommend registering with our online mailing list to ensure that you are informed of any suitable properties as soon as they become available. we’re open at times to suit you, convenient for viewing after work and at weekends.

5. The Key to Successful Viewings

We’re open at times to suit you, convenient for viewing after work and at weekends. we operate extended opening hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 6pm and Saturday and Sunday 12 noon till 4pm. in addition we have viewing appointments until 7pm and our phone lines are manned from 8am-8pm, 7 days a week. we are open 363 days per year.

In order to secure a property, we recommend early viewing. We offer accompanied viewings so that we are on hand to answer any questions immediately and advise where necessary.

6. Making An Offer

Once you have identified a suitable property you will be required to complete an application for tenancy where you may state any special conditions of the offer. we will then communicate this offer to the landlord.

7. Offer Agreed

If your offer is accepted we will organise the following:

• Collect full tenant references from an accredited tenant reference specialist.

• Address any remedial issues prior to move in.

• Carry out your inventory.

8. Completion

Upon the successful completion of the tenancy agreement, the keys will be released. For managed properties, we will provide you with a tenant information pack including a letting service manual, contact details of your dedicated property manager and also details your bi-monthly property inspection dates.
