There’s so much on for all the family here in Falkirk this summer, and one of the events that you can get involved in is the annual Race for Life on Sunday, June 17th.

The Falkirk Race For Life brings millions of women together to support life-saving research – so by signing up, you can make a difference whether you raise £10 or £1000!

The 5k run is ideal for all ages and you can run, walk or jog. As long as you are a part of it and you make it to the finish line, it doesn’t matter how long it takes. For those who want to push themselves further, join the 10k run.

You can also take part in Pretty Muddy, an obstacle course that sees women of all abilities crawl through tunnels, bounce on space hoppers and slip down mudslides.

Whatever race you join, and whatever you wear, you’ll be helping to beat cancer!
