Property Success Story

156 Waterside Road came onto the market with Clyde Property at the end of April 2018. This property was set in the desirable and picturesque village of Carmunnock. Clyde Clarkston along with the vendor were delighted that this property sold after spending a mere 1 week on the market. Waterside went to a closing date and sold above the home report value.

New staff

We are pleased to welcome two new Clyde Clarkston team members; Area Letting Manager Craig Moody and Home Sales Advisor Steph Plant.

New Area Letting Manager – Craig Moody

Craig’s career began with Clyde Property in March 2016 when he joined the Technical Compliance Team within our Clarkston Letting Management Centre. It was here that his love and passion for the industry were discovered and he was soon promoted to Letting Negotiator, making the move to the Byres Road office located in Glasgow’s West End.

In April 2018 Craig was further promoted to Area Letting Manager within our Clarkston branch.

Having lived locally all his life, Craig has excellent local knowledge which allows him to provide accurate and invaluable advice to both landlords and tenants alike. Craig prides himself on his levels of customer service, ensuring that each client’s individual needs are met at all times and to that end he has recently obtained his Association of Residential Letting Agents Qualification (ARLA).

Craig is very much looking forward to the exciting new challenge in Clarkston and hopes he can make a positive impact, helping to grow our letting portfolio.

New Home Sales Advisor – Steph Plant

Starting her new role as Home Sales Advisor we thought this would be the perfect opportunity to tell everyone about the ray of sunshine we have in the Clarkston branch! Clyde Property has been lucky enough to have Steph as an employee for nearly four years now, first starting as Property Manager and naturally progressing to Letting Negotiator and currently Home Sales Advisor.

Steph is absolutely loving her new position and keeping up with the fast-paced nature and demands of the job.
