Clyde Property Clarkston 2018 – Rightmove’s Top Performing Local Agent!

Our Clarkston branch has had a fantastic year in 2018, showing huge growth during a time where the number of transactions across the market was actually declining. Demand in 2019

Despite a degree of political uncertainty surrounding Brexit, we have seen no negative affect on the market and we do not expect this to cause any slow down in the coming months. Demand is still completely outstripping supply in the East Renfrewshire area with our first listing of 2019 in Clarkston having already seen over 40 viewers and 8 notes of interest within 1 week. We have a strong database of buyers for all family homes across Clarkston, Giffnock, Newton Mearns and Netherlee.

Properties in the £200,000 – £300,000 price bracket including highly sought after semi-detached villas within the Clarkston area are performing exceptionally well, with detached bungalows up to £500,000 also seeing increased interest. Netherlee bungalows and traditional villas up to £450,000 are also seeing strong viewing numbers with closing dates and sales figures to match. In Giffnock, our database of buyers for traditional villas and larger bungalows up to £600,000 has never been stronger.
