Clyde Property Lettings – Opening Monday June 29th
Following the announcement from the Scottish Government that the housing market has been given the green light to resume, we are delighted to let you know that we will be back in branch on Monday 29th June.
With the re-opening of the housing market, we would like to reassure all of our Landlord clients, Tenants and staff that your health and wellbeing is of paramount importance to Clyde Property. Our COVID-19 policies can be found here and they have been designed around best practice and guidance from regulatory bodies and the Scottish Government.
Below is a note of our latest Letting service updates;
Letting Management Service Updates:
- Our priority is to re-deploy Property Inspectors to assist with the backlog of Check Out Inspections (for tenancies that have ended during lockdown) and with Inventories (for new tenancies due to commence).
- We will also be re-deploying some Property Managers to work in our end of tenancy Check Out team so we can process the backlog of Check Out Reports as quickly as possible, deal with deposit claims and turn properties around for re-let.
- Mid-tenancy Property Inspections are planned to resume from Monday 17th August 2020. Tenants are urged to check their inspection dates.
- Property Management repairs will continue to prioritise emergency repairs. Emergency repairs are as follows; to reinstate/repair hot water/heating, to reinstate/repair essential cooking facilities, emergency plumbing, emergency electrical issues, emergency window boarding and lock repairs. Please report repairs by clicking.
- Property compliance works will now resume.
