Updated Guidance on Moving Home – January 4th 2021 

Scotland’s First Minister announced today (January 4th 2021) that a new national lockdown is in place from midnight tonight, in a bid to curtail the spread of COVID-19.

Guidance published on the Scottish Government website states that all activities in connection with moving home including viewing a property, or for activities in connection with the maintenance, purchase, sale, letting, or rental of residential property that the person owns or is otherwise responsible for, is permitted during this time. This is great news, and we are here and on hand to keep you moving.

Of course, we are closely monitoring the situation are continuing to take every precaution to keep our staff, clients and communities safe. We have made the decision to suspend all mid-tenancy inspections until the end of January, but apart from that, we remain fully operational in a safe and compliant manner.
