Shawlands branch testimonials
“1st Class Service”
1st class service. Everyone working in Shawlands team were all so lovely, friendly and made the sell of our flat seem so easy. Highly recommend for anyone to use their service. Actually miss my daily calls from Emma! They deserve all the success that should come their way!!!
“We were beyond impressed”
After meeting several estate agents, we chose Clyde because of their market reach. We were beyond impressed by the professional and dedicated service we received as we attempted to sell two properties simultaneously. The initial marketing was worth every penny, as our properties were presented to market at their very best. The team in the Shawlands office were not only extremely conscientious and tireless in chasing up on viewers, but in the final stages we also found the sales negotiator offered invaluable advice and guidance at this stressful time. Overall we were delighted with our choice of Clyde as our estate agent and would choose them again without hesitation.
“The service and support from the Clyde Team was exceptional”
From my initial enquiry through to the final sale, the service and support from the Clyde Team was exceptional. In particular, David McArthur was a complete superstar. Knowledgeable, pro-active, accessible & responsive, David expertly guided me and the buyers through the process. As is the often the case with house sales, there were a couple of times when things didn't quite go to plan, but David took full control of the situation and provided all the reassurances I needed. I really can't thank David and his colleagues enough and would have no hesitation in recommending Clyde to anyone looking to sell or buy a house.
“Would highly recommend “
From start to finishing selling our flat with Clyde, we felt that the Shawlands branch have been excellent. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell for a personal feel to estate agency and friendly staff who made us feel comfortable with the stress of selling in the market at the moment.
