This is an exciting and varied role which presents an excellent opportunity to join Scotland’s leading independent estate agency and promote our Best Estate Agent Guide 2025 award winning service. We are seeking a professional, well presented, personable and pro-active team member who will be flexible in their approach to all aspects of our business. Acting as first point of contact, the role will be primarily customer focused on the telephone as well as answering online enquiries and dealing with our clients face to face in the office. You will also carry out property viewings at our sales properties over the weekend. This role is far more than just a frontline role and is a fantastic opportunity for someone to develop their estate agency career.
The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic and great communication skills.
Competent IT skills are a must and previous experience in estate agency or sales would be very advantageous.
Full UK Driving Licence required – you will have use of a Company pool car.
Part Time – Core hours are as follows:
26 Hours per week.
Friday 9am – 5pm – Office cover
Saturday & Sunday 10am – 4pm – Property viewings
Monday 9am – 5pm – Office cover
Salary – £18,252

We are seeking a property professional who is well presented, professional, personable and a team member who is pro-active in their approach to all aspects of our business.
The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic and excellent computer and communication skills.
Acting as a key point of contact for our Landlord clients and applicant Tenants, the role will be primarily customer focused; on the telephone, answering online enquiries and dealing with clients and customers face to face in our office.
The role will encompass all aspects of managing a small client facing letting team responsible for new tenancy creation, administration, viewings, liaising with Landlord clients and Tenants regarding the marketing of rental properties, negotiation of new tenancies ensuring property compliance is in place and carrying out tenant applicant referencing, so organisation and strong administration skills are key.
Previous letting experience and a full UK Driving Licence is essential.
12 month contract / Fixed term Maternity Cover – Full Time – Core hours are as follows:
36 Hours per week.
Monday to Thursday 9am – 5pm
Friday 8am – 5pm
Annual Salary: Highly Competitive – dependant on experience

This is an exciting and varied role which presents an excellent opportunity to promote Clyde’s unique approach and Best Estate Agent Guide 2024 award winning service. We are seeking a positive, enthusiastic, organised, personable and pro-active team member who will be flexible in their approach to all aspects of our business.
Acting as first point of contact for Landlord clients and Tenants, the role is primarily customer focused on the telephone as well as answering online enquiries (emails and Fixflo repair management software) as well as in person in the office. The primary duties of the role are to professionally and swiftly arrange reactive repairs and maintenance with in house and third party Contractors during a tenancy, as well as dealing with the end of tenancy ‘Check Out’ vacate process, this will involve liaising with Landlords clients and Tenants and Contractors about any required works at the end of a tenancy and any subsequent deposit deductions.
The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate a highly organised and positive attitude, strong work ethic, great communication skills and most importantly be able to cope with the busy and varied nature of property management. Strong IT skills are a must.
Previous letting experience would be preferred.
Candidates who have achieved the Propertymark; Scottish Technical Award in Residential Letting & Property Management would be in a very strong position.
