Property Inspector – Stirling (Full Time)

This is an exciting and varied role which presents an excellent opportunity to join Scotland’s leading estate agency and promote our Sunday Times and Best Estate Agent Guide 2025 award winning service.

We are seeking a professional, well presented, personable and pro-active team member who will be flexible in their approach to all aspects of our business. The successful candidate will be required to attend letting rental properties and carry out routine mid-tenancy inspections, as well as assisting the wider inspection team and carry out inventories and check out inspections.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone build there estate agency career.

The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic and great communication and sales skills.

Competent IT skills are a must and a full UK Driving Licence is essential.

You must be able to drive a manual car. A company pool car will be provided

Core Hours of work;

Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

(35 hours per week)

Annual Salary – DOE
