New Home Sales Advisor – Shawlands (Full Time/Fixed Term Contract)

We have an excellent opportunity for a well organised, enthusiastic and passionate sales individual to join our market leading New Homes Team based in Shawlands.

The role on offer is a temporary fixed term role until December 2025 but for the right person, a role may become permanent.

This is an exciting and varied role which presents an excellent opportunity to join Scotland’s leading estate agency and promote our Sunday Times and Best Estate Agent Guide award winning service. We are seeking a professional, well presented, personable and pro-active team member who will be flexible in their approach to all aspects of our business. Acting as first point of contact, the role will be primarily customer focused on the telephone as well as answering online enquiries and dealing with clients and customers face to face in our office and at show homes during our weekend opening hours.

The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic and great communication skills.

Competent IT skills are a must and previous experience in sales or a similar setting would be advantageous.

Full UK Driving Licence is essential.

Full time – Hours of work will be:

Tuesday to Thursday 9am – 5pm

Friday 9am – 5pm

Saturday 10am – 4pm

35 hours per week

Annual Salary: DOE
