Home Sales & Marketing – Clarkston, Glasgow (Full Time)

We are seeking a professional, well presented, efficient and pro-active team member who will be flexible in their approach to all aspects of our business. The role will primarily be focused on preparing properties to be launched on the market, collating marketing materials, home reports and communicating with clients and meeting compliance requirements. This role will be both administration and customer focused, answering telephone enquiries and dealing with clients and customers face to face in our office.

The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic and great organisational and communication skills.

Competent IT skills are essential and previous experience in a sales or similar setting is a must.

Core Hours of work;

Tuesday to Thursday: 9am – 5pm.

Friday: 8.30am – 6pm.

Saturday: 10am – 4pm

(36 hours per week) Plus participation in a weekend rota to accommodate office opening hours.

Annual Salary – DOE

Flexibility will be required for holiday cover. Competitive salary, pension, holiday entitlement and employee benefits.
