It makes sense when you think about it, doesn’t it? Most people have to go to work during the daytime from Monday to Friday. If we’re only open and offering viewings when you’re at work, that’s not a lot of use to you when you’re trying to buy, sell, let, or rent a property.
That’s why each of our 11 branches throughout Scotland is open 7 days a week, from 8.30am until 8pm. This is the way it should be, but sadly most agents do not offer this availability to their clients.

Having to take multiple afternoons or days of work to meet with an estate agent and attend viewings is simply not practical or convenient – sometimes it’s not even possible.
According to our own in house research, on average, 77% of our home viewings are done out of hours or on the weekend.
This just goes to show how essential it is to provide longer opening hours for our clients. If we didn’t do this, more than 3/4 of our customers would be inconvenienced.
