Best Client Stories of 2017
This year, we have worked with some lovely clients across all of our branches and seen some real success stories – from quick home sales to finding foreign clients houses to rent as well as managing multiple properties for local landlords. Here are a few highlights from some of our Clyde branches across central Scotland.
Jayme & Jonathan Cisco – Rental clients, Bothwell Branch
Relocating to Scotland from the United States, with a very young family in tow, Jayme and Jonathan Cisco put in a lot of research into deciding who the best estate agent was to work with and who could help them find their dream home in a brand new country. Starting the property search before they had left their home in the USA was key, ensuring they had somewhere to live with their young family as soon as they arrived in Scotland. Trying to sell her home with an online only agent, and seeing little interest in her property, Anna noticed that a Clyde Property down the street from her had sold within two weeks of going on the market.
