Meet the team
As we reported in our earlier blog post (link), the property market remains open during Level 4 restrictions here in Scotland. Despite these restrictions in place until December 11th, there are still lots of great reasons why now is a good time to move. So, whether you are moving into your very first home, moving up the property ladder or looking to expand your investment portfolio, here are some of the reasons that you shouldn’t delay your move: Buoyant market Since we came out of the national lockdown in June, the property market has exceeded all of our expectations. Not […]
The Scottish Government has confirmed that as of 2nd November 2020, a new five tier system applies to help tackle the spread of COVID-19, but will allow house moves to continue. The Coronavirus (COVID-19): Guidance on Moving Home has been updated to reflect the new framework and makes clear that home moves will continue to be permitted, provided they can be carried out safely. People can move home in all protection tiers, and to and from areas with different tiers. Businesses can also continue to support people to move home in all areas, following relevant guidance, including the Scottish Government’s […]
Here in Bothwell we have experienced an unexpected rapid recovery of the property market since the easing of lockdown restrictions back in June. Behavioural shifts such as the sudden conversion to working from home as well as demand for larger gardens, access to parks and recreation, along with less importance on access to public transport, has resulted in this mini boom we are currently experiencing. Whereas we would typically see the market slow down as we approach the winter months, we are as busy as ever and we don’t see this changing for the foreseeable future.
Following the recent announcement by the Prime Minister and First Minister, we have made the decision to temporarily close our offices and move to remote working. The health and well-being of our clients, customers, colleagues and communities is of the utmost importance to us and whilst these are uncertain times, we wanted to reassure you that we remain very much open for business and operating as normal albeit remotely. Our local Branches andLetting Management Centre have full remote access to all systems, files and our office phone lines have been diverted to our local staff. We’re only a phone call […]
Bothwell branch testimonials
Exceptionally helpful, professional and friendly
10 out of 10!
As soon as I spoke to Stephanie Plant I knew my property was in the right hands and would sell quickly.
Her professionalism and vibrant personality coupled with knowledge and attention to detail filled me with confidence.
As soon as Stephanie took over I had more viewings in one week than I’d had in months.
Stephanie stuck to the task and delivered a sale in a relatively short time and followed up meticulously with buyers and their solicitors to make sure we were not let down at the last minute. If you’re thinking of selling your property then Stephanie and Clyde are the perfect choice to handle your precious sale. 10 out of 10!
The way Clyde marketed my property was fantastic!
Clyde Property were extremely easy to deal with when it came to buying my new property and then selling my own. I dealt with Stefan initially, but then as the purchase and sale went through I worked closely with Steph. Nothing was ever a problem and Steph was always enthusiastic about the sale. The way Clyde marketed my property was fantastic! It’s because of Clyde that it sold so quickly. Their photos made the property look like a show home. Thank you very much to the whole team at Clyde in Bothwell.
Highly recommend this company. From the moment I made the first phone call to the day I got my keys, Clyde has made it such an easy process by constantly keeping me up to date and made regular contact to give myself and partner full peace off mind whilst making the recent move. The home had been deep cleaned and painted to a fantastic standard & everything was in working order. Also I would like to make a special mention to Jenifer from the Bothwell branch as she made the experience stress free and continued to be polite and courteous and super helpful throughout the process. Everyone knows moving home is not easy but Clyde can and will make the process as easy for you as possible.
